The most horrific interface, terrible templates, slow, unreliable.
Customer service is absolutely non existent! No matter what happens you can’t talk to a person ever! 100 different people answer emails and never help you resolve anything!
We finally switched back to normal WhatsApp an after that we got a permanent ban!!!! Because we used WATI before! Expensive for no reason! Charge and don’t want to give money back

Support is virtually non-existent; many features are restricted to the service's support, which may never respond to any inquiries, leaving you stuck with an AI chatbot indefinitely. Imagine facing serious billing issues that are common with the service, and being unable to get a refund due to the absence of human support.

Difficulties with unsubscription and ongoing charges

The platform has clear policies for subscribing but appears to have no straightforward way to unsubscribe. Despite using multiple accounts on a paid plan, I continue to be charged even after my account was banned. I reached out to the billing team via email, but they only sent me to a help center that provided no useful information about unsubscribing. Consequently, I've been forced to pay large sums each month without using the service. This situation has been so frustrating that I felt compelled to express my dissatisfaction here. I advise against using this service unless your provider can manage unsubscriptions or you can use their card for payments.

The support is extremely poor. They often keep you in the loop, but you'll find yourself solving most issues, with vague replies like 'they've asked the team and will update shortly'—but that 'shortly' turns into hours and then days.

Not recommended

I would not recommend this service. It has numerous bugs, cumbersome processes, and poor customer service. After running a trial, I attempted to cancel but was informed there would be no refunds. It's quite frustrating.
