Their website prominently features a ‘30 Day Money Back Guarantee’ stating, ‘If the product does not meet your expectations, simply return it for a full refund’. However, they have consistently resisted all refund requests based on their own terms. Instead, they offer a ‘cash back’ option and claim that returning the item will cost me $50. I have expressed my desire to return the item for a full refund as promised. Consequently, I have filed a formal complaint regarding their deceptive advertising.
