I wish I could give it less than one star they don’t even deserve one. This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with the merchandise is something you could buy at a thrift store it’s ridiculous that they can scam people like that and try to get away with it I’ve been in touch with my credit card and they’re working on the fraud that they are trying to get away with.

This store is a complete scam! The website is beautiful and makes you think you are buying quality clothing. What you get is cheap "throw-away" clothes made somewhere in Asia. It arrived all crammed together in a plastic bag in the shape of a basketball. When I opened the bag what I got was cheap clothing that looked NOTHING like what was represented on their website. I spent $700 on the clothes. I immediately contacted the company to return the clothes. They offered me 10% back of my purchase, i.e. $70 and they told me to keep the clothes. I declined and requested the information to return the merchandise. They replied they would give me 20% back $140 and I should keep the clothes. And added that their customers take this option over paying $50 PER ITEM, to ship it back. So apparently, what I really paid for was $650 worth of shipping and $50 for 13 items of clothing. Lesson learned!

Received the wrong color and faced high return fees

I ordered a brown 1/4-zip cardigan, but the item I received was significantly more orange and didn’t match the images on the website. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that I would need to pay $30–$50 for international return shipping, even though the website promoted “hassle-free” returns and a “full refund” without mentioning any return costs. Additionally, shipping was labeled as “premium” but took nine days. I was only offered 20% cash back or 100% store credit. Overall, a very misleading experience.

I wish I could rate this service lower than one star.

As many others have mentioned, I would rate this service with zero stars. The boots I received were crafted from an extremely thin rubber, reminiscent of the material found in bicycle tire tubes. It took 14 days for them to arrive. The return policy advertised online claims that returns are simple, but that's misleading. They want to charge $50 to return a single item of poor quality. Alternatively, they would happily offer you full credit towards another overpriced and equally subpar product.

Deceptive practices and nonexistent return policy!

From the start, they have shown themselves to be dishonest and manipulative. The advertised online return policy is completely nonexistent! The quality of the clothes is shockingly poor—unwearable, really. I am currently disputing a recent purchase through my credit card company. This is by far the worst experience I have had with any company. Avoid them at all costs!

Terrible Customer Service

I experienced the worst customer service! I was sent the wrong size and the quality was very poor. The buttons were too big for the buttonholes, and they're charging me $50 for return shipping while only offering a 15% credit on my account!

Misrepresentation of Products

The advertising is misleading. The material quality and color differ significantly from what is shown on the website. Returns are a hassle and can cost as much as the original purchase. There are also international delays and fees. The quality is subpar. I advise against ordering from this company.

Misleading Advertising and Unfulfilled Guarantee

I bought a coat from this company. It arrived with a poor fit and low-quality fabric. The claimed regular price of $399 seems completely false. Their website prominently features a ‘30 Day Money Back Guarantee’ stating, ‘If the product does not meet your expectations, simply return it for a full refund’. However, they have consistently resisted all refund requests based on their own terms. Instead, they offer a ‘cash back’ option and claim that returning the item will cost me $50. I have expressed my desire to return the item for a full refund as promised. Consequently, I have filed a formal complaint regarding their deceptive advertising.

Definitely Not as Advertised

What I received is definitely not as shown. The pictures do not reflect the actual product, and the sizing is off. I ordered a large, but what I received seems more like an extra small to small. When I tried to return it, they suggested I pay an additional $30 to get the correct size while keeping the wrong one. This is far more trouble than it’s worth, so please heed my warning as I rarely write negative reviews.
