I order before Christmas and received my items Jan 7. The sweaters are terrible quality and too large. Website has hassle free returns. First the goods are made and shipped from China. Not as advertised as a NYC company. I contacted them to return the goods. I was given a choice of keeping the goods either a 30% refund, exchange the goods for a $50 fee, or return and pay $50 shipping back to China with alltypes of conditions. When I pushed further for a return I was offered 50% refund. I took the 50% rather than the hassle of shipping to China. The company still kept a $125 of my money. The goods are such poor quality even Goodwill would not take them. Shame on scammers like this. Do not do business with them. I am reporting them to the New York attorney general. They should be put out of business as scammers.
