When I attempted to return it, I was informed that I would need to pay $30–$50 for international return shipping, even though the website promoted “hassle-free” returns and a “full refund” without mentioning any return costs. Additionally, shipping was labeled as “premium” but took nine days. I was only offered 20% cash back or 100% store credit. Overall, a very misleading experience.
