After waiting several days without any delivery, I called again, worried about running out of heating oil and needing emergency assistance, which led to six more days without heat. I learned that my order should not have been marked urgent. When placing the order, I requested a smaller tanker because of the tank's location, but a large tanker was sent instead. The driver, however, was excellent, maneuvering the tanker skillfully to ensure the pipe reached the tank. After contacting customer service, I found out that the request for a smaller tanker was not noted, but they promised to change their process in the future. I am grateful to the driver for making the delivery possible. It’s crucial for the sales team to pay attention to customer instructions and confirm orders to avoid similar issues again.
