When I initially placed the order, I requested a smaller tanker due to the tank's location, but a large tanker was sent instead. Fortunately, the driver was exceptional, maneuvering the tanker skillfully to ensure the pipe reached the tank. After speaking to customer service, I learned that the request for a smaller tanker had not been recorded, but they assured me they would adjust their process moving forward. I appreciate the driver's efforts, as he was key in getting the oil delivered. It's essential for the sales team to listen to customer instructions and confirm orders to prevent similar issues in the future.

I ordered fuel for expedited shipping to arrive before December 29th. We called daily and were assured delivery would happen before December 24th, but it never arrived. Now, on December 30th, we still haven't received our fuel. We thought it would come today since the portal indicated the 30th, but that information disappeared by lunchtime. I am now looking for another company to provide oil before the cold weather intensifies!
