We had a delivery scheduled for December 22nd. However, the driver claimed our oil tank was unsuitable for delivery due to a crack, which he didn't communicate to us directly. When I called customer service, I was told it was a health and safety concern. We had never been informed of any issues before, and upon inspection, we saw no damage. This was not an ideal start to a very cold Christmas. A driver who prioritized customer service would have been appreciated.
