My first experience using this service was quite poor. The delivery did not arrive on the promised day, and there was no explanation from the company apart from a confusing email. I had to follow up daily, and promised callbacks never came. The app is disorganized, and setting up an account took several calls. Overall, it was a draining experience. The customer service team did their best, so I’ll give them another chance.
