This is beyond frustrating—why should I bear the consequences of your system’s failure? I have already paid for my order, and Watsons has failed to deliver on its commitment.Singapore is a small country—how is it possible that your delivery team cannot manage demand fulfillment? Is Watsons seriously unable to handle logistics efficiently?
