Appalling just appalling. I placed an online order for some basic pharmacy products. It’s been with a status of packing for two weeks. I emailed four times. I submitted an online customer service request four times. No reply or follow up to any of these measures. I tried live agent chat. It’s been 18 hours waiting for “live chat” to be responded to. I called three Watsons stores. They have a delightfully artificial AI voice that says use live chat or go to the website then it hangs up. Is this some bizarre dystopian customer service nightmare. It is utterly ridiculous. I checked the terms and conditions if I cancel the order online. They will either keep my money or give me online vouchers. What am I supposed to do with vouchers for an online store that DOES NOT DELIVER OR OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know that Singapore is notorious globally for poor customer service but this is an entirely new level of malevolence. I am so done I do t have time for this. Keep the $200. They should be out out of business.
