Hi Watsons Management,I am writing to complain of very poor service I received from Watsons Waterway Point outlet by the staff name Siti on 24 December 24. I went to the cashier counter to make payment of EBENE Bio Heat was attended by Siti. I told her previous staff from Downtown East claim I have an $10 voucher to redeem by 31 December 2024. She asked me to scan the QR code in order to redeem the $10 voucher. When we checked on the Watsons app, there wasn’t any voucher at all. Siti totally has no patient to serve me and keep on bitting my word claim, you said you have the $10 voucher don’t have at all. She repeat 3 to 4 times and challenging me. This is the 1st time I encountered so defensive staff and poor service.I asked her why are you keep on repeating the same things, as a consumer how do we know the Watsons rewards work. She know I have points to redeem the item, then tell me straight away.Please refer to the CCTV camera how Siti talk to the customers in this type of manner. Staff beside her by the name’s Fir also heard the whole conversation and agreed Siti is bitting my words and challenging me.I really hope Watsons company should look into this case and issue warning letter to her. Siti also know my particular as a Watsons member, if any of my details are leak out. I do not hesitate to make a police report for this case.Spoiled my day for Christmas’ eve.Hope to heard from you soon.
