Hi I have been in contact with wattbike CS since I bought my bike last year unfortunately the software is unstable, the bike itself has issues and now the Customer Service Team have not replied to me since 1st Feb despite me chasing....this is my last resort...I feel with just a bit more care this can all be resolved very quickly....talk to your customers like me....invest in this as much as you do Marketing. I would be happy to give 5* if someone did...
