Hi I have been in contact with wattbike CS since I bought my bike last year unfortunately the software is unstable, the bike itself has issues and now the Customer Service Team have not replied to me since 1st Feb despite me chasing....this is my last resort...I feel with just a bit more care this can all be resolved very quickly....talk to your customers like me....invest in this as much as you do Marketing. I would be happy to give 5* if someone did...

I purchased a product when it was first launched. After extensive use, it needed repairs, which the technician handled quickly and seamlessly. Fast forward years later, and it unfortunately broke down. The support team has been incredibly helpful in resolving a glitch on the site so I can order a new one. Despite being a significant investment, the quality is such that I'm eager to buy another. If you're serious about training, it's the best option available.
