Spoke to Caroline this morning regarding our recent bill and why the reading had been estimated when I had submitted a meter reading recently. Caroline was most helpful and friendly but was unable to locate the meter reading. She duly recorded it for me. If the facility to submit a meter reading is there it should work so disappointed it didn't.
