I paid for the 1 month subscription for you to assist me in translating my 45mins long video from Mandarin to English. Some translations were not accurate, so I have to manually edit the translation. I did until certain point of time (roughly edited until 30 mins) where I would like to review my translation through my video to ensure it is smooth and accurate. After I clicked "save", I clicked "back" to review the video to run my translations. I noticed that my subtitles were gone starting from approximately 3 mins into the video. I quickly press "edit" button to check my edited translation, and noticed that the whole section of that translation from min 3 to min 30 (including your system auto-translation) were also gone. I am sorry I have to lodge a complaint to you as the situation is getting unbearable and it is frustrating the fook out of me. Please DO CONSIDER MY COMPLAINTS AND ADDRESS THE ISSUES ASAP. Hopefully you will read my concerns. I wish I can regain those translations back to where I edited until, which is from min 3 to min 30. PLEASE. I need it for my work. Thank you.
