terrible translation in dutch and the chat didnt work at all. Paid for a week and used it 5 minutes. No free trial if you choose weekly/monthly payments.. If they lure you into paying for a year you should realize the software sucks.
I just wrote a review about another AI Video creation App. Disappointed I tried Wavel. spent an hour going through the ritual, providing content for a free trial no credit card needed, create your free video garbage all SCAMING STEPS.After wasting an hour I get a locked video with a single frame visible asking me to sign up to Pro to PREVIEW. THIS IS BLACKMAIL. THEY LURE YOU IN AND WANT TO HOLD YOU HOSTAGE. THEY GET YOU TO ACCEPT THEIR COOKIES, GET YOUR INFORMATION AND CONTENT IDEA AND THEN HOLD YOU TO RANSOM.
You will not be able to use your credits if any left after you end your subscription.They cup the time to 1 minute, so basically you will not be able to use any media file longer than 1 minute.Make sure you use all your credits before you end your subscription.
I paid for the 1 month subscription for you to assist me in translating my 45mins long video from Mandarin to English. Some translations were not accurate, so I have to manually edit the translation. I did until certain point of time (roughly edited until 30 mins) where I would like to review my translation through my video to ensure it is smooth and accurate. After I clicked "save", I clicked "back" to review the video to run my translations. I noticed that my subtitles were gone starting from approximately 3 mins into the video. I quickly press "edit" button to check my edited translation, and noticed that the whole section of that translation from min 3 to min 30 (including your system auto-translation) were also gone. I am sorry I have to lodge a complaint to you as the situation is getting unbearable and it is frustrating the fook out of me. Please DO CONSIDER MY COMPLAINTS AND ADDRESS THE ISSUES ASAP. Hopefully you will read my concerns. I wish I can regain those translations back to where I edited until, which is from min 3 to min 30. PLEASE. I need it for my work. Thank you.
