Bought the Wavell4 Pro earbuds, and they arrived fast, and I even got a water bottle. The product also seems alright, but I didn't receive an order confirmation or a receipt, which I need for my company. I've tried to phone them (it wasn't possible) and I've written twice to their customer service. No response at all! I'm now going through some additional official channels to get my receipt.
