I bought new pair of their sleeping Pro 4. Did not work when I received them, and have tried to get in contact with their support by phone, multiple messages but still no response. Don’t buy from this company!!And now the first response on trustpilot - that I should contact their customer service, but that is the whole point - I have done that. So please respond on any of my mail/messages the last week instead of responding on Trustpilot….When finally reached support, the service has been great. And therefore I have changed my score from 1 to 3 star
