Very unstable BT app connect to charge box. No access to any form of customer support and when I wrote to customer support I did not even got a reply. Very unprofessionel. Was contacted directly today by Wavell based on my TP assessment. Aparently a mistake in Wawells systems hindered my mail from getting through. The support I recieved here was a very positive experience. This has made me change my rating from two stars.
