***Update 3 - I had ordered Wavell 3 pro as I was promised this product will be of better quality and will not have a problem... tested the same during my business travel last week and I found this to be good product. Wavell 2 was not a good one but Wavell 3 pro is really good. Hence changing my rating******Update 2 - I had received my refund after speaking with Emil again and now I ordered Wavell 3 pro as Emil promised this product would be much better compared to wavell 2*****Update** - I received a call from Emil on Friday (20th September) and mentioned that the issue looks like a common issue (bluetooth chip failure) and said he will refund the money and does not need the product back (though I offered him to take the product back). He followed up with an email about the conversation and said I will get a refund confirmation email. So far had not received one and hoping to receive sooner along with the refund. I purchased wavell two from their website in February. I had difficulty in this product. Whenever I am in a crowded place, the earpieces loses its connection with the phone as there are lots of nearby devices were interfering. I raised the issue with their customer support and got a feedback that I had to reset the earpieces 3 or 4 times and this problem will be solved. I tried and it was not working at all. Then I resigned to the fact that this is the quality of their product. Now for the last 3 days one of the earpieces is not even turning on (even after charging them for 2 days continuously. Overall my experience with Wavell has been very poor. I would not recommend the products to anyone.
