The customer service at this company is extremely disorganized. We had an office move scheduled with specific network configurations, but on the day, the engineer did not show up. We were told he tried to reach someone, but that person wasn't the right contact and was not even in the office. I lost a day of business without networked storage, wired internet, or stable wifi. Customer support was slow to respond and often did not receive our emails. Even when trying to resolve the issue, their responses were delayed, leaving me without help for a day. The resolutions team, although slightly more responsive, still hasn't followed up or provided details for a formal complaint. They have yet to take responsibility for the missed communications and unmotivated engineers. I'm honestly shocked. I rarely leave negative reviews, but losing a day of business and still being expected to pay is unacceptable.
