Review Time
Poor service overall. Our problem started on the 13th of February and as of the 25th of February, has yet to be resolved. Our internet connectivity had some issues. We were advised (from one adviser) we needed to order a new router and that Wavenet wouldn't cover this cost. We ordered a new router and this didn't resolve the issue.
This week we were advised by a different advisor we were entitled to a new router (the opposite of what we were told previously). We were then advised the router would be sent on the 23rd of February and arrive on the 25th. We called on the 25th to find out the router hadn't been ordered and told it would now be ordered.
After almost two weeks, the problem still hasn't been resolved and we have no faith in any resolution or solution as the service has been unreliable (told one thing by one advisor and something different by another). This has overall impacted our business and ability to make income. After 6 years of being a customer we are heavily considering to change provided due to the poor service.
Emil has been involved in our project at 13 Allsop place, from the beginning. This includes install, testing, commissioning, and has been very much involved in our successful delivery. Emil has now been working hard with the decommissioning works for us, and again is working hard, he always takes the time to keep me informed. Well done, I look forward to working with you again.
Second time in 2 weeks I've had the pleasure of speaking with David McCree, he is very knowledgeable and polite I honestly have never experienced such great customer service.. would highly recommend.. Thank you David for sorting out my WiFi issues quickly

The customer support at this company has been one of the most chaotic experiences I've encountered. We arranged an office move two weeks in advance, requiring specific network setups, but on the day, the engineer did not arrive. We were told he tried to contact someone, but that person wasn’t the right technical contact and wasn’t even present. I lost a full day of business without network access. Customer support was slow to respond or didn’t receive our emails. Even in seeking a resolution, their responses were delayed, leaving me without help for an entire day. The resolutions team, although slightly more engaged, still hasn’t followed up or provided complaint details. They have not taken responsibility for their missed communications or unresponsive engineers. Honestly, I'm shocked. I rarely leave negative reviews, but losing a day of business and still being expected to pay is ridiculous.
