The customer support at this company has been one of the most chaotic experiences I've encountered. We arranged an office move two weeks in advance, requiring specific network setups, but on the day, the engineer did not arrive. We were told he tried to contact someone, but that person wasn’t the right technical contact and wasn’t even present. I lost a full day of business without network access. Customer support was slow to respond or didn’t receive our emails. Even in seeking a resolution, their responses were delayed, leaving me without help for an entire day. The resolutions team, although slightly more engaged, still hasn’t followed up or provided complaint details. They have not taken responsibility for their missed communications or unresponsive engineers. Honestly, I'm shocked. I rarely leave negative reviews, but losing a day of business and still being expected to pay is ridiculous.
