The light brown did not begin to cover up my gray roots. Maybe a darker color would cover it but they do not say you need a darker color for grays. I bought 2 to get the deal because they advertise like it's the best thing since sliced bread. I will donate or throw them away as they are completely useless and I waited too late to try them to be able to return.
