The shoes took 5 weeks to arrive and are very different from what I ordered, with poor plastic quality. I requested a refund. They were not shipped from the UK, but from another country, then relabeled. This is not a legitimate UK business. Update: I was offered a 15% refund, then after mentioning consumer rights, they offered a full refund, but I must cover return shipping to another country. This is not finished!
