Ordered a Christmas jumper that was extremely disappointing. It was shipped from overseas despite claiming to be UK-made, and it looked nothing like the images on the site. The return process is to an address in another country! The material is a cheap, slippery nylon, the sleeves are mismatched in color, and the neckline is uncomfortably loose. I genuinely feel scammed by this seller.

They expect me to pay for return shipping, which is absurd given that they sent incorrect items. If they refuse to arrange a full refund and collection, I will pursue a chargeback with my bank. The shoes took 5 weeks to arrive and are very different from what I ordered, with poor plastic quality. I requested a refund. They were not shipped from the UK, but from another country, then relabeled. This is not a legitimate UK business. Update: I was offered a 15% refund, then after mentioning consumer rights, they offered a full refund, but I must cover return shipping to another country. This is not finished!

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered a dress that arrived very late and cost £45. The material was awful—plastic on the inside and a poor exterior. The return shipping to another country, to avoid customs, is at least £24 via express service. Is it worth the risk of spending more money hoping for a refund from this seller?
A FRUSTRATING and MISLEADING experience. The product I received was not what was advertised. Refunds are contingent upon the customer paying for return shipping to another country, which costs more than the product itself. I would not advise ordering from this seller. The fit was poor, the garment was poorly constructed, and the quality was terrible.
DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. I ordered a dress that appeared to be made from cotton, but what arrived was a horrible, slippery polyester. After waiting weeks, I attempted to request a refund as per the stated 30-day cooling-off period. Initially, I was told I could keep the item for a 30% refund or return it, but they provided no return instructions. When I contacted them again, I was offered a 20% discount or to pay for return shipping to another country. Their website claims they are based in the UK.
