DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. I ordered a dress that appeared to be made from cotton, but what arrived was a horrible, slippery polyester. After waiting weeks, I attempted to request a refund as per the stated 30-day cooling-off period. Initially, I was told I could keep the item for a 30% refund or return it, but they provided no return instructions. When I contacted them again, I was offered a 20% discount or to pay for return shipping to another country. Their website claims they are based in the UK.
