WORST SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I have been going to this location for almost a year getting my 12 y/o daughter's eyebrows waxed. I went today to see Kim, not the usual person I see, and experienced the worst service/customer service I have ever had.Kim waxed half of my daughters eyebrows and then stopped because "she has acne and put lotion on her face". This of course after they charged me. My daughter, like most 12 y/o girls has acne, and put lotion on her face at 7am. The appointment was at 3pm. I have never had an issues with her getting waxed because of these things. I went back in and demanded my money back at which point Kim argued with me that she has a daughter who "she would never wax" and has "been doing this for four years". The girl at the front desk called the manager, Monica, who did not ask to speak to me or offer any apologies. For that matter, no one apologized to me or my crying daughter.To make matters even worse, after I got home I realized that Kim burned my daughter's face with the wax. I will never go back here and highly suggest no one does either.
