My wax specialist provided outstanding service on a Sunday morning with a Brazilian wax. She was truly remarkable, making the experience incredibly comfortable. It was quick and thorough, just as I prefer. Absolutely perfect!

I encountered misleading promotions regarding the first wax being free. After booking a Brazilian wax online and confirming it would be free, I was informed post-service that it was only half off, totaling $50. This was frustrating, especially when I was promised a receipt that never arrived.
