I try to contact the customer service, no reply.One time, two times, three is the charm.Turned out they never had the item in stock, and only discover it after 10 days of waiting.Been offered a “similar” item, as now they still haven't confirmed my refund. Very unfortunate - I don't think I will shop here again.Edit: I've been only been refunded on half of my order and had to chase again - somehow they made the experience even worse
