First time customer . Waiter 8 days ago) and chased twice ) since order to be told item out of stock and would refund me within 3/5 days . Poor communication a customer service . Offered me a 10pct discount on future (fullPrice ) items which I already had as new customer . Won’t use agai.
Never received my order. I try to contact the customer service, no reply.One time, two times, three is the charm.Turned out they never had the item in stock, and only discover it after 10 days of waiting.Been offered a “similar” item, as now they still haven't confirmed my refund. Very unfortunate - I don't think I will shop here again.Edit: I've been only been refunded on half of my order and had to chase again - somehow they made the experience even worse
I bought the Denali Carpenter Trousers 6 months ago and think the trousers were good style and comfy to wear but through pretty casual wear over 6 months the trousers have fallen apart at the seams. Would expect better quality and longevity for the cost to be honest. Maybe it was a one off. Customer service was polite and offered a nominal 10% off but doesnt really cover the cost of repairs.
The jacket I bought was very expensive and developed a hole in the pocket within a few weeks. I messaged customer service and felt there was a real lack of support over the issue. I was told to get it fixed and send a pic of the receipt. Not easy when you have mobility issues unfortunately.
