Waxwork won't exchange brand new records that arrive warped. I spend $1000s a year on records, and in my own experience, so far Waxworks is the only company who refuse to address this issue. I won't order from them directly anymore. I do like their titles, so I'll be buying used or ordering from a 3rd party instead who will likely exchange a warped Waxwork record.
