I purchase a record from these guys after seeing the pictures of it (colored vinyl). The record I received looked NOTHING like the pictures. They say that colors and effects may differ SLIGHTLY from what is advertised, but what I received looked NOTHING like what was advertised. When I contacted them, they refused to do anything about it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and also very slow.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I've had generally good service from Waxwork in the past but my last 2 orders haven't been great!Both delayed by not a few days but a number of weeks with no updates via email or their website.I've emailed twice this week to have no response to both. Maybe things aren't going to well for them their end!?
Where’s the zero star option to review this company? It’s 12/23/2024, I placed my order on 11/19/2024. I’ve received 2 different tracking numbers for my order and both say label created. Nothing else, nada, zilch. I’ve reached out to them via telephone and e-mail only to receive the rhetorical ’sorry’.I’ll be filing a reversal of charges from my credit card company and note to never use or recommend Waxworks.
Waxwork won't exchange brand new records that arrive warped. I spend $1000s a year on records, and in my own experience, so far Waxworks is the only company who refuse to address this issue. I won't order from them directly anymore. I do like their titles, so I'll be buying used or ordering from a 3rd party instead who will likely exchange a warped Waxwork record.
I ordered two vinyls a few months ago. The items have been shipped, but it's been months and I still ain't got help from their customer service. There are lost in the nature and nobody is checking on you if you need any help. I don't recommend that website at all.
Received a record that was warped customer service is rude. Whoever runs their Instagram account is a disgusting ignorant human being. As a company all they do is promote the girls holding their vinyl incorrectly instead of worrying about and taking care of their customers.
