ConnectSure did live up to its promises! as of today all is settled (November 21, 2025)On September 30, 2025 we (my wife and I) missed our second flight from Athens to Geneva because pour first flight was delayed due to technical reasons.I bought replacement tickets for the two of us for (2x214.45) 428.90 euros)On November 11, 2025 I received 144.18 CHF (150 euros) from DoHop. I filled out another claim for the same situation for our friend travelling with us and she received the full amount for the replacement ticked for 197.06.This is in line with the DoHop advertising should there be a delay and necessity to buy a new ticked.I have this feeling that there is not a standard procedure when ConnecSure enters into play.I'm still waiting to see what happens next...OK all is settled to my complete satisfaction...PS. The "help desk" service is good but the insurance proposed can be a hassle. (see above :-)
