I would rate zero stars if it were an option. The customer service is terrible. A representative called to try to upgrade me to a business account, and when I politely declined, they hung up. Following up on any issue is nearly impossible. When they say 'we're looking into it and will get back to you within 48 hours', it really means 'we don't care and won't contact you'. Even in chat, agents often disappear after saying they need a moment. Beware of hidden fees and costs. Their return policy is non-existent despite claims on the website. Once you make a purchase, it's yours permanently.
