Worst experience ordered a bed on Feb 5 they shipped one part of it two weeks later then the other part no update delivery time kept changing when I called them they gave me a 10% off on the next order that I won’t use tbh the customer service representative was rude and cancelled the order upon asking why the days kept changing.
Very disappointed with the customer service. I requested a simple address correction before shipment and was sent back and forth between Wayfair and FedEx. In the end, I had to cancel and was charged 40 dollars for something that could have been resolved easily. Not a good experience.
If I could give 0 I would. I have ordered couches, lights, bookcases, bed frames from the old Wayfair. When it wasn't AI run. The whole business is a joke now, now that the CEO is back on the billionaire list.
The businesses and "custom made" inventory they are allowing to sell on there is like millionaire temu. $5000 for an AI couch. $4000 for an impossible table.

Shortly after, they retracted the offer, forcing me to choose between a discount that required me to source the parts myself or uncertain replacement parts. This company misrepresents delivery timelines and makes resolution promises only to backtrack on them. I advise against engaging with this service!

I would rate zero stars if it were an option. The customer service is terrible. A representative called to try to upgrade me to a business account, and when I politely declined, they hung up. Following up on any issue is nearly impossible. When they say 'we're looking into it and will get back to you within 48 hours', it really means 'we don't care and won't contact you'. Even in chat, agents often disappear after saying they need a moment. Beware of hidden fees and costs. Their return policy is non-existent despite claims on the website. Once you make a purchase, it's yours permanently.
My first and last order ever. I waited over a month for a fibreglass door only to have the order cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. When I finally spoke to someone, they said it was damaged and offered no replacement. Now I have to wait a week to get my $2,600 back. It's absolutely ridiculous.
This service is very unhelpful unless you have product protection. I bought a mattress that fell apart and exposed fibreglass dust. It has a 10-year warranty, but they passed me to a manufacturer who said their warranty doesn’t apply in my area.
