I bought a loveseat and chair from Wayfair. I paid in full and was given a delivery date of April 2nd. I waited all day and it didn't show up. After some digging, I found out it was shipped via FED EX and left at my apartment leasing office and the office was closed. I am 65 years old with a disabled son, so I have no idea how to get these items from the office to my apartment. When I called Wayfair customer service, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected
When I called back, I was told to contact FED EX. This is unexceptable and demanded to speak with a supervisor. After waiting another 15 minutes, the representative came back on the line and said there were no supervisors there at present, but she would leave them a message and someone would contact within 24 hours. So I still have to find a way to get my furniture. It should never have been sent unassembled in the first place. This is the fourth time my order from Wayfair has been delivered incorrectly with no satisfactory resolution. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AND DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE FROM DOING SO AS WELL.
