I purchased a couch last June. We assembled it and began using it. One adult has been sitting on it daily. It has not been abused in any way, yet it is collapsing in the middle of the couch between the first and middle cushion. This is beyond disappointing. I would like a replacement, refund or store credit for the amount I paid. I recognize that it is beyond the refund window, but Wayfair needs to make this right. It is less than 10 months old. It is defective and can't be used safely. This is unacceptable
