Incompetence and outright unprofessional business dealings with Wayfair. Every single time I dealt with an associate or a 'specialty supervisor' they gave me the wrong information. Their system is poorly designed- an associate canceled my shower kit order in error- and it couldn't be reversed. When that happened I dealt with the specialty supervisor who said the order would still come and it would be free. Of course that was a lie. So much went wrong, and in the end I lost my client because Wayfair said they would make it right. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE WAYFAIR. And I'll be telling everyone one I know that Wayfair is a terrible company that will screw up your orders and then lie to you. Just no.
