Installer was awful, resulting in canceling Wayfair putting it together. His requirements were moved the box (125 pounds) into the room where it was to go. (Not enough room in there to put it together) Rufused to move the box into the next room that is tiled. (Didn't want to put together on the newly installed LVP flooring) Installer told me Wayfare only pays him for installing not moving. (Called Wayfare Not true even if it was in a garage they are required to move the product. My request was to the next room). Also, open the box and check that all the pieces and parts are complete. I asked him to leave and Wayfare immediately refunded the installation charge.
