Ordered 2 leather chairs, they were returned while in transit- 2 weeks later only when I went online to enquire was I told that they were damaged and I got refund but chairs were sold out- and they would only issue 10% discount if I bought from them, that was my compensation-
Absolutely pathetic and not acceptable. The chairs were obviously damaged in transit because how would a courier know they were damaged only if he caused the damage- chairs are packed and sealed, you can't see them
Nobody not even a courier or wayfair contacted us, how did this get missed by so many people for 2 weeks?!?!
