Order is late. Impossible to find details for customer support for Ireland, no phone details no email contact details published. No communication on new delivery date. Payment made 3 weeks ago. In a loop with a chatbot. Very poor experience.
I am very disappointed - my order for a sideboard and two other items shipped on December 3rd. While two items arrived, my sideboard has been marked as delayed since the first week of December, and there’s no one available to assist me! The live chat is automated and cannot connect me to a person! I’m now out 150 euros; honestly, this service feels like a scam for furniture purchases. Update: This company is a complete scam! The phone number they provided is non-functional, directing me back to the live chat, which is just a bot! I would never consider using them again! I’m at a loss now and will have to inform my bank about this situation.
I am still waiting for an order I placed in August! The only communication I received was a notice saying it would be delayed until October. I am still waiting and have no means to get a refund! Consider purchasing from another seller; this company seems to take your money without delivering the goods. Is this even legal?
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a bed on the 22nd of November and there has been no update since. It was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of December, but I have received no information from the company regarding my order's status. It would be helpful if there were a way to contact them by phone.
I was truly let down regarding a vanity unit for my 9-year-old who still believes in Santa. I placed my order at the start of November, but the delivery was sent back to the company. This happened again when I received an email stating that my delivery would be delayed until December 17th. I felt uneasy upon reading that, so I called the customer service team, only to be informed that the item was sold out and wouldn’t be available until January. I expressed my frustration since I had paid for this in early November, but all I received was that it was sold out. Finding a similar item was extremely difficult. I have always shopped with this company, and even my family has started to shop with them due to past good experiences, but this situation has changed my perspective. Had I not called, I would have been notified just days before Christmas that my daughter wouldn't receive her main gift.
Ordered 2 leather chairs, they were returned while in transit- 2 weeks later only when I went online to enquire was I told that they were damaged and I got refund but chairs were sold out- and they would only issue 10% discount if I bought from them, that was my compensation-
Absolutely pathetic and not acceptable. The chairs were obviously damaged in transit because how would a courier know they were damaged only if he caused the damage- chairs are packed and sealed, you can't see them
Nobody not even a courier or wayfair contacted us, how did this get missed by so many people for 2 weeks?!?!
