I was truly let down regarding a vanity unit for my 9-year-old who still believes in Santa. I placed my order at the start of November, but the delivery was sent back to the company. This happened again when I received an email stating that my delivery would be delayed until December 17th. I felt uneasy upon reading that, so I called the customer service team, only to be informed that the item was sold out and wouldn’t be available until January. I expressed my frustration since I had paid for this in early November, but all I received was that it was sold out. Finding a similar item was extremely difficult. I have always shopped with this company, and even my family has started to shop with them due to past good experiences, but this situation has changed my perspective. Had I not called, I would have been notified just days before Christmas that my daughter wouldn't receive her main gift.
