Overall, the trip was great and it was clear they cared about the experience to an extent. They were good flights/times, and the hotel was great. However, there was a bit of a lack of communication between waynabox and us. Firstly, they did not tell us that we had to provide our passport information within 24h of booking, and then cancelled our trip with a voucher when we didn't do so. So we had to rebook with different dates as the price changed, which was less than ideal. We were also told with booking that some suggestions of things to do would be provided, which it was not. They also put the last name twice when booking the flights, which luckily didn't cause any issues but very well could have. All in all, it was a great trip and would do it again but I think they are not fully set up to provide trips to English customers.
