The products they dispatch aren't the ones advertised. They don't respond to emails. Would not cancel order even though it hadn't been dispatched. Nightmare returns. Asking for information that they hadn't supplied in the first place. Don't buy from them. I can't believe Klarna do payments for them. Update. They sent me salmon pink trousers when I ordered green. The other items they sent me were nothing like what I ordered. Probably counterfeit. They did not communicate in good faith. Wasting time and asking for information one email at a time. They offered a refund of £24 pounds when I'd spent £90. It cost £32 to send items back to china and even though it was their mistake they will not reimburse the cost. Utterly disgraceful.
