My thoughts on Wayrates after buying their vintage-style shirt are very positive. The stitching is neat and the buttons feel secure. It has that slightly rugged look I was hoping for.
I ordered two jackets, 1 for me and my daughter the jackets are a knockoff and are not real carheartt the material is super thin and cheap real car heart jackets have car heart printed on the zippers, and there are no tags on the inside of the jackets at all. Stitching is falling out. And the size chart is unaccurate. I would like a refund and also a return label to return the jackets. Took 10 days for the jackets to arrive as well.
When I opened the package, I could immediately tell care went into the product. From the fabric to the finishing, Wayrates feels like a brand that pays attention to details.
My experience with the website was smooth overall. The denim feels sturdy and hasn’t lost its shape after a few wears. I’d rate it higher if the size guide was more detailed.

THEN THEY OFFER A MEAGER REFUND BECAUSE RETURNING IT COSTS OVER $100!

I filed a case with the payment service, but it was declined because they claimed I received the goods. I explained that my main issue was the double charge and the fact that the items were fake. They reopened my case, but once again sided with the senders, stating the goods matched their pictures. I'm extremely frustrated, especially since they are using various email addresses and business names. I purchased from one seller, yet the payment went to another company with a different email. I'm planning to report them to the authorities, as I can't afford to lose this money and want to prevent others from being scammed.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and promptly sent a detailed message requesting a change from 3XL to 2XL. I provided my email, name, address, and phone number, but the company did not communicate or confirm if the size had been updated to 2XL.

I'm not willing to go through the same frustrating process again, especially when the outcome is likely to be the same. Unless I receive a full refund, my review will remain unchanged. Consumers work hard for their money, and being misled by an online shopping platform is both troubling and unacceptable. Buyers should be wary. I'm thankful for platforms like this one, where consumers can share their experiences. I wish I had checked reviews before making my purchase. Moving forward, I will definitely consult this site before buying from any online store.
This platform is selling counterfeit items. Be wary of the positive reviews, as they all seem to use similar generic phrases. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours and received a standard response offering me $10 to not cancel. Even after declining the offer three times, I received the same proposal! Ultimately, I had to request my bank to reverse the charge.
