The moment you place an order, that moment your money is officially gone, vaporised in the scam that unfolds. They have this working system that unless you check trustpilot or other trustworthy sites understanding that other customers get completely burned. I spent £95 obviously 2 coats 1 jack Daniels and a fleece lamb jacket combined. I tried to council but no reply and when they do you get a item have already shipped template response. Even though item was not marked as shipped and they sent me an email stating the below. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.Kinds regards,The wayrates Team"I even sent many emails that same day stating want refund and to process and they responded 4 days later stating item has already been shipped. It hadn't. This company is virus. Anyway I ordered on the 14.10.24 and today is 4.11.24 and item tracking stated delivered. I have been in all day and no knock or delivery. No photo signed for, or tracking other than stated delivered.Checked with neighbours and nothing. I emailed the company ans no response. However i feel this is all apart of a larger scam the company has created. I will post this on every site available to prevent scammers like this. I have all the evidence before trust pilot consider not showing this to male other customers aware of this vulgarity. I highly anticipate a copy cut an paste A.I response like evey other review her and nothing comes of it but generic responses.
