I’m currently in a $95 dispute. They pretended to be PayPal and were trying to convince me to say the dispute was resolved. On November 2nd, I ordered 4 items. On November 8th, the website said half of the order was shipped, Half was still processing. As the weeks went by, no change happened to my order status. They refused to give me a tracking number , never answered the phone, never replied to emails. I filed a dispute with my bank and PayPal. That was the first time I received any response from wayrates. They stated my package arrive on Nov. 19th. I never received a package. They said to check my spam folder to confirm it was delivered to my mailbox on the 19th. First off, the stuff I ordered would not have even fit in the mailbox if that’s the case. Secondly, in my email, I had only ONE email from them. It was Dated Nov. 23rd. It stated in the email that they had just shipped my entire order. So either they were shipped on the 8th, delivered on the 19th, or shipped on the 23rd. Still. No package. I finally get tracking and order info from PayPal because the company refused to speak to me aside from pretending to be PayPal with a fake PayPal email. The shipping information had an incorrect address. They used my billing address to ship. I contacted the residents of that address and they said no packages were delivered. I reviewed the tracking info and it shows it was delivered to my initial shipping address. So they have two different shipping addresses for one package and neither residence has received them.
