Yep...as bad as most of the reviews indicate. I bought some clothing from Wayrates a few years ago and got what I ordered, and it was of reasonable quality. This time I ordered 3 pairs of shorts. One pair was pretty close to the description however the fastening stud had been broken off. The other two pairs of shorts (same style different colour) were absolute crap. Response to a polite email seeking solution said they were happy I had received the items and offered a small amount as a voucher for next time I shop. I certainly won't be using the voucher and I am committed to continuing a crusade to stop people using this company
